We are thrilled to announce the selection of a new Executive Director to lead Noah’s Ark of Central Florida.

After a rigorous process, the Board and Executive Search Committee have chosen Dave Bratcher to serve as the organizations’ new Executive Director.  Dave will begin his position on Monday, September 21, 2020.

Dave has shown leadership to the organization by creating programs for the residents that introduced and expanded life and work skills through social enterprise experiences.

With Dave’s extraordinary leadership skills, the organization has pivoted to realign with the mission.  We are confident this path will continue and he is the right person to take the organization to the next level.

“I am excited to continue working with Noah’s Ark of Central Florida in this new role.  The sustainability of our organization is so critical to the residents we serve.” said Bratcher.

Dave’s experience and education will be a great asset to the organization and will serve as a springboard to the great momentum that has been put in place.
